Shipping and Returns

We do not currently offer express shipping. All orders will be subject to standard delivery times.

Print-on-demand or made to order items will be subject to shipping rates calculated on location of delivery partner. 

All standard orders will be processed and dispatched within approximately 3 business days.*

If you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until the following business day after which your tracking will be enabled.

Your order may be sent with Australia Post. This service takes 7-10 business days. You will be able to track your order by entering the consignment number at https://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

*Please note that during our sale/promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. 

If the wrong address has been entered, Regretful Company is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, Regretful Company will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. You will then be notified when the refund has processed.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Regretful Company by email within 7 working days of dispatch with your order number so that we may assist you.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations Regretful Company is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however, they do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

For New Zealand customers, customs charges may be payable when the value of the goods exceeds NZ$225. For information on what you may need to pay customs please check here

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not accept change of mind returns.

If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 7 working days.

Print-on-Demand items cannot be exchanged or returned.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Regretful Company by email within 7 working days of receiving your order so that we may assist you.
