ARE YOUR DICE BALANCED? |

Yes. We use a pressure pot during casting to prevent bubbling, and any inclusions used are chosen carefully to not affect the balance. |
ARE YOUR DICE USABLE FOR PLAYING OR ARE THEY JUST ART PIECES? |

Unless specifically listed as a Art Display piece, all dice are usable for playing. |
I CAN’T FIND THE PRODUCT I SAW ON INSTAGRAM/TIKTOK/TWITTER/FACEBOOK IN YOUR STORE. WHY? |

It’s either a work in progress, so hasn’t been finished and listed in the store yet, or it’s already sold out. Regretful Company is a small batch maker, so the more popular designs can sell out in minutes, and the creation process can sometime take months when perfecting new designs. |
DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS? |

No, we do not take dice commissions. We can do custom orders of cufflinks/tie pins. Contact me to discuss. |

Small batch is code for: quality and authenticity. Small-batch producers choose to focus on making smaller amounts of their products at one time, rather than sacrificing quality to scale up to mass manufacturing. |
